Ashwell House offers facilities for short term stays, conditional on room availability.
In a typical year, off term availability is higher than during term time. Short term stays are limited to a maximum of 4 weeks during term time and 6 weeks off term.
The daily charge for a short stay is £55.
If staying more than one week, the weekly charge for one week will be £350.
Ashwell House is a catered accommodation – hence this charge is inclusive of breakfast and dinner Monday to Friday, and brunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday.
Ashwell House is a female-only hall of residence, accepting applications from women age 18 and above.

The short-term fee includes:
- Accommodation in individual study bedrooms
- Access to all facilities, including the library, computer room, common rooms and bike shed
- Breakfast and dinner on weekdays; brunch and dinner at weekends
- Bed linen and towel laundry service
